BECORE Baby

BECORE BABY is a postnatal workshop dedicated to new mothers who want to start exercising again after childbirth. After giving birth, it can be tricky to get your body back in shape. The focus of this course will be on restoring function and core stability after baby, and get relevant advice on how to reconnect with your core and muscles. You are more than welcome to bring your baby to the class (though we do not provide child care). BECORE BABY+ is a postnatal workshop in 3 sessions for anyone who has already taken the BECORE BABY workshop (or similar) and want to continue in a focused setting dedicated to the postnatal body. We will work mostly on the Megaformer.

BECORE BABY

BECORE BABY is a postnatal workshop dedicated to new mothers who want to start exercising again after childbirth. After giving birth, it can be tricky to get your body back in shape.
