CAN I COME AND TRY A CLASS? Yes you can! First, register your details via our website to create an account. It doesn’t cost anything and only takes a few minutes. Then, purchase credits. We have First Time Special offers for new clients! When you have credits on your account you can book classes.

INSTRUCTOR SCHEDULE CHANGES Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit the class schedule for updates. 

GRIP SOCK POLICY Socks with grip are required for the Megaformer and Barre classes, and are available for purchase at the studio.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS? No problem! We have a 12 hour class cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS? If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, email the studio but please note only early cancellations online or in app is valid for credit refund.

WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP FOR A CLASS THAT I SIGNED UP FOR? If you are using a class package or single class you will lose your class credit.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS? We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.

WHAT IF I NEED TO SWITCH MY CLASS TIME? Classes cannot be switched less than 12 hours in advance of the start of class. However, you may show up as a walk-in for another class that same day and if a spot is available, it’s yours!


WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK? If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase credits. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation. 

All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute (but more than 12 hours before the start of class), be aware the 12 hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance of the class. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit.

HOW DO I CHECK IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST? To check your waitlist status, log in to your account, select My Info and click My Schedule. If you got into the class it may say “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED” or “WAITLIST CONFIRMED”, either way you have a spot. If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself or notify us and we’ll cancel your reservation.

DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP? We do offer a Monthly card. You can book up to four (4) classes a week, but drop in as a walk-in for as many as you want, space permitting!

CAN I BRING A FRIEND? Absolutely! Just click ”Make reservation for someone else” when booking a class, and add your friend’s full name and a spot will be reserved for him/her on your credits.

CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD? Yes you can! Click here and go to ONLINE STORE. Choose “Gift Cards” in the menu and follow instructions. Or send us an email and we will be happy to help!
