BECORE signature
Becore Signature is a full-body strength class performed on a Becore reformer. Expect a 50 minutes sculpting experience that delivers strength, precision and transformation. Through slow, controlled movements and continuous tension, each session targets every muscle group-building long, lean definition while maintaining a foundation of safety and balance.

Becore signature
The Becore Signature class is a full-body transformation experience that blends strength, endurance and control. This low-impact yet high-intensity workout fuses cardiovascular and resistance training, challenging every muscle through slow, deliberate movements and constant tension.
Each session is designed to push your limits - activating deep muscle fibers and rebuilding them stronger, leaner and more sculpted than before.
Be warned, Becore is very addicting especially after a few classes!
Becore signature Intro course
New to the Becore reformer or ready to reconnect with the fundamentals?
This three week course is designed to help you build confidence, master technique and understand the foundations of the workout. You will train once a week with the same small group, guided by one of our expert instructors.
Each 60-minute session allows extra time for questions and personal guidance - before, during and after class. By the end of the course, you will feel confident stepping into any Becore Signature class, equipped with the knowledge to train safely, effectively and with control.
Price:Â 1 099 kr. A pair of grip socks is included in the fee.
