Megaformer at BECORE
The Megaformer class is a 50 minute body-transforming full body workout. This class is non-impact yet high intensity and simultaneously incorporate cardiovascular and resistance training. Slow and controlled full body movements with constant tension to work your muscle fibers to failure, will force them to rebuild a more sculpted, leaner and stronger you! Are you new to megaformer? Megaformer Intro course
Once a week for either 3 or 4 weeks, you will train together with the same group of people under the skilled guidance of our experienced instructor.
During the 60 minute classes there will be time for any questions you may have before, after or during the workout. After the course, you will be familiar with how to train both safely and efficiently on the Megaformer and confident to take any class on the schedule.
Price: 900 kr for 3-week course. 1200 kr for 4-week course. A pair of grip socks are included in the fee. The courses are held at our Vasastan studio.

Classic becore megaformer
The Megaformer class is a 50 minute body-transforming full body workout. This class is non-impact yet high intensity and simultaneously incorporate cardiovascular and resistance training. Slow and controlled full body movements with constant tension to work your muscle fibers to failure, will force them to rebuild a more sculpted, leaner and stronger you!
Pro-tip: Drink plenty of water before, during & after your class, have a snack a few hours before. We have a grip sock policy (which comes with your first class, so no stress!). Also, be warned, megaformer is very addicting especially after a few classes!
BECORE BABY is a postnatal workshop dedicated to new mothers who want to start exercising again after childbirth. After giving birth, it can be tricky to get your body back in shape. The focus of this course will be on restoring function and core stability after baby, and get relevant advice on how to reconnect with your core and muscles. The workshop is led by Camilla, who is an experienced personal trainer and a mother too. You are welcome to bring your baby to class (but we don't provide childcare). Read more and SIGN UP HERE !
BECORE BABY+ is a postnatal workshop in 3 sessions for anyone who has already taken the BECORE BABY workshop (or similar) and want to continue in a focused setting dedicated to the postnatal body. We will work mostly on the Megaformer.
