Our BECORE Barre class is an efficient full body workout designed for everybody. They offer a combination of strength training, flexibility, cardio and fun! Move and sweat like never before, get lost in the music with our talented instructors and let every muscle in the body burn constantly for 50 minutes. 50 minutes of hard work combining strength training, flexibility, cardio & fun!

BARRE/YOGA

30 minutes of Barre combining strength training, flexibility and cardio, followed by 20 minutes of flowing and stretching Vinyasa yoga.
