Having trained in ballet and other styles of dance her whole life, Chloe fell mostly in love with the discipline of it all. “Heading into every ballet class, from young to adult, I would always be scared. But omg I loved it!” That’s why Chloe fell in love with Barre too – not only because it’s derived from ballet, the discipline you need to get through a class is a great deal! Not only is it working you physically, it’s a real mental health work out too! Always leaving stronger both physically and mentally after each Barre class.

Chloe’s classes are all about connection. Connecting to your body, leaving anything that doesn’t serve you outside the door and only focusing on yourself for 50 minutes in your day. Using breath to get through each move and embracing the shake.

Combining classical movements and Chloe’s love for music is her favourite thing about teaching. You can expect a tough body workout but also some great tunes. Be prepared to burn, push yourself to the maximum and step outside your comfort zone every time you join Chloe at the Barre!
